As a Field Safety Advisor, you will implement project and district HSE strategies for PCL. The work involves regulatory requirements, hazard evaluation, contractor monitoring, and emergency planning. You will also coach HSE Coordinators and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement project HSE plans and safe work practices
- Deliver project-specific HSE training and communications
- Lead inspections and monitor trade safety plans
- Audit contractor HSE performance and corrective actions
- Coach HSE Coordinators and other employees

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
- Five years’ experience in a related health and safety role
- Understanding of OH&S;, environmental legislation, and HSE processes
- Strong communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills
- Construction knowledge and Reliability Status security clearance eligibility
