You will lead multidisciplinary delivery, advise clients, develop business, and mentor technical staff. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multidisciplinary traffic engineering and transportation operations project teams
- Direct traffic impact studies, parking assessments, and signal optimization

Requirements:

- Degree in civil engineering or transportation engineering
- Ontario Professional Engineer license or eligibility for registration
