As a Business Development Associate, you will identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and support proposals and market development. You will collaborate with senior leadership, estimating, engineering, and operations teams. The work connects technical construction understanding with sales development and project transition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and develop contractor, developer, and design community relationships
- Support sales strategies and company sales targets
- Explain precast concrete advantages to customers
- Coordinate customer transitions from sales to project execution
- Track potential projects through Microsoft Dynamics 365

Requirements:

- Technology diploma or engineering degree considered an asset
- Business degree with sales focus and construction experience considered
- Working knowledge of contract drawings
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Solid written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills
