Lead ISO 9001 quality systems at Malach Metal and Machining through hands-on manufacturing oversight and structured corrective action. Work directly with production teams.

The Quality Manager leads Malach's Quality Management System and supports products, processes, and customer requirements. This manufacturing leadership position combines inspections, drawing interpretation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Plant Management, Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and shop-floor teams to prevent defects and strengthen performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, maintain, and improve Malach's ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Coordinate internal, external, certification, and customer quality audits
- Conduct inspections and verify products against approved requirements
- Investigate nonconformances and coordinate effective corrective actions
- Monitor quality indicators, trends, scrap, rework, and customer concerns

Requirements:

- Five or more years of manufacturing quality experience preferred
- Robust understanding of ISO 9001:2015 requirements
- Knowledge of metal fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly processes
- Ability to interpret drawings, welding symbols, tolerances, and GD&T;
- Experience leading quality teams and corrective action activities preferred
