The temporary Advisor Trainee contract lasts up to four months. You will learn Sun Life products, tools, processes, and practical advisory skills. The program combines coaching, digital tools, client calls, business development, and exposure to advisory teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work from a local Sun Life District office
- Gain product, process, and practical client knowledge
- Obtain dual insurance and mutual fund licensing
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls
- Complete business development and graduation activities

Requirements:

- LLQP license or completed course and exam requirements
- Strong retail insurance and investment product knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated approach with a solid work ethic
- Enjoyment of developing relationships with people
