This Payroll Analyst supports approximately 5,500 U.S. employees across all 50 states and five Employer Identification Numbers. The role independently processes, audits, and validates high-volume payroll while researching complex payroll, tax, and advantages issues. Success requires analytical judgment, advanced Excel, enterprise payroll systems, and cross-functional partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process, audit, and validate high-volume payroll across jurisdictions
- Resolve escalated employee, manager, HR, and vendor inquiries
- Lead complex compensation, benefits, tax, and payroll activities
- Investigate discrepancies and recommend sustainable root-cause solutions
- Strengthen controls, documentation, automation, and payroll processes

Requirements:

- Five or more years of progressive payroll experience
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience with ADP GlobalView, SAP, or similar systems
- Knowledge of gross-to-net payroll processing and reconciliations
- Experience with audits, filings, taxable benefits, and reporting
