As a Senior Business Risk Analyst, you will support Fidelity Clearing Canada’s Trading, Securities Lending, and Treasury businesses. You will identify operational risks, lead risk assessments, and strengthen the risk and control workplace. The work combines stakeholder management, reporting, visualization, and data analysis to produce actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with leaders to identify, assess, and monitor operational risks
- Lead RCSAs, issue management, reviews, and action tracking
- Conduct walkthroughs, control assessments, and targeted risk reviews
- Develop KRIs, dashboards, scorecards,



and management information packages
- Represent Risk Management throughout business and technology change initiatives

Requirements:

- Three or more years of risk management experience
- University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Capital markets or securities industry knowledge considered an asset
