Robinhood is seeking a Fraud Investigator for the Customer Protection Team. The role involves handling inbound calls from customers with active fraud alerts, conducting thorough investigations, and determining fraud vs. not fraud using investigative skills and data analysis.
In-person work is required at least 3 days per week in Lake Mary, FL or Denver, CO with 7am–9pm ET hours. The team works cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and other partners to identify fraud
