This full-time, permanent role leads complex enterprise projects through implementation, stabilization, and transition to business ownership. You will work with executives, business leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams while applying project governance, change management, and risk mitigation. The role supports Toromont Cat, a Caterpillar equipment dealer with locations across Eastern Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead enterprise projects from planning through business ownership transition
- Coordinate workstreams, dependencies, risks, issues, and readiness
- Partner with executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Support communications, training, engagement, and adoption strategies
- Manage vendor accountability, quality, and issue resolution

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 8+ years leading complex enterprise projects or transformations
- Essential Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
- Expertise in governance, RAID, dependencies, reporting, and change control
- Strong stakeholder, vendor management, communication, and facilitation skills
