The General Manager oversees day-to-day store operations while ensuring policies, procedures, KPIs, and insurance metrics are met. This leadership role combines budgeting, forecasting, coaching, production coordination, and quality standards. You will guide personnel and maintain alignment across the repair facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily collision center operations and repair facility personnel
- Manage operating budgets, forecasts, sales, profit, and expenses
- Coordinate production meetings, throughput, and delivery dates
- Review estimates, labor mix, capacity, and store CSI performance
- Maintain safety, equipment, facility, and WOW plan standards

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience in collision repair or similar
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate through coaching and management skills
