As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will administer order management and tracking while supporting expected delivery performance. The position requires French and English communication, organization, priority management, and deadline adherence. SAP knowledge is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter customer orders into the ERP system
- Analyze backlogs and verify documents before triggering deliveries
- Update customers about deliveries, delays, and corrective measures
- Establish supplier orders and track delivery progress
- Resolve supply issues and support supplier dispute resolution

Requirements:

- College diploma or bachelor's degree
- Three to five years' similar professional experience
- Excellent spoken and written French and English
- Proactivity, organization, and strong priority management
- Ability to work autonomously and rigorously
