Walmart Canada is hiring a Senior Manager, Data Analytics in Mississauga, Ontario. This role leads an analytics team and partners with business leaders to turn data into decisions and measurable improvements in retail performance.

Responsibilities

- Lead the development of analytics, reporting and decision-support products for sales, margin, customer experience and operational performance.
- Identify retail use cases for AI-enabled analytics and lead responsible implementation and adoption.
- Translate business priorities into analytical questions, requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Interpret performance trends, identify root causes and recommend practical actions to stakeholders.
- Lead and develop analysts; establish standards for data quality, insight communication and delivery.
- Define and monitor retail KPIs, and promote self-service reporting and trusted data assets.
- Champion data governance and communicate insights to executive audiences.

Qualifications

- At least 7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, strategy, consulting or a related field; retail, e-commerce or consumer-facing experience is preferred.
- Advanced experience with tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, BigQuery or Python.
- Experience leading AI implementation and adoption that delivers measurable business value.
- People leadership experience, strong business judgment, and the ability to connect insights to commercial and operational decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Compensation and location

Pay range: $109,400-$150,480 per year, based on relevant experience. Primary location: 1940 Argentia Road, Mississauga, ON L5N 1P9, Canada.
