Key Responsibilities:

- Direct overall centre activities, asset management, profitability, and growth
- Develop sales strategies and expand market share
- Lead inside sales, outside sales, service, and support staff
- Champion a safe and healthy work setting
- Prepare annual operating budgets, forecasts, margins, and inventory reports

Requirements:

- Completed post-secondary education or significant industry experience
- Prior management experience and demonstrated leadership abilities
- Sales cycle experience, preferably within B2B environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills; SAP experience is an asset
