Lead stakeholder relations for CarbonFree’s renewable energy projects, combining First Nations engagement and community consultation from Toronto. Regular travel spans Ontario sites, with occasional British Columbia travel.

As Manager, Stakeholder Relations, you will manage landowner, community, municipal, and First Nations relationships across construction and development projects. The work supports signed agreements, informed stakeholders, and trusted project relationships. You will work with development, land, legal, and executive teams across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own landowner relationships through construction and operations
- Advance land agreements with land and legal teams
- Build First Nations relationships across Ontario and British Columbia




- Run Ontario Renewable Energy Approval consultations
- Maintain stakeholder registers and report relationship risks

Requirements:

- Minimum seven years in stakeholder relations or related fields
- Demonstrated First Nations community relationship-building experience
- Public consultation experience for permitting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or related discipline
- Willingness to travel regularly across Ontario and occasionally British Columbia
