CIBC is seeking a Senior Consultant Business Effectiveness to drive reporting, scorecard governance, forecasting support, and performance insights within the Mobile Advice team. You will enhance scorecards for Mortgage Advisor, Area Sales Manager, and Regional Director while analyzing targets, commissions, and channel performance.

You will collaborate with business and technology partners to support change initiatives, prioritize requirements, and promote adoption of current capabilities.
