Drive automotive F&I; sales at The Amynta Group using client-facing sales modeling and reporting tools to support store targets. This position works in stores.

The F&I; Specialist achieves Finance & Insurance product targets and tracks performance through available sales reporting tools. The position handles business office duties, supports F&I; Managers through training, and communicates sales updates. It also contributes to account kick-off activities under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take turnovers and complete business office duties
- Sell Finance & Insurance products to achieve store targets
- Model the Sym-Tech F&I; process for F&I; Managers
- Administer F&I; process core competency tests
- Track performance and provide regular sales updates

Requirements:

- Business, Finance, or Sales Manager experience
- Preferably three or more years in F&I;
- Proven results in recent car automotive retail
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- OMVIC certification required in Ontario
