At Glens Falls Hospital ICU/PCU, you will assess patients, implement individualized care plans, and respond to changing clinical needs. The position supports high-acuity ICU care and progressive care environments. You will coordinate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams while documenting through electronic health records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver individualized nursing care through assessment and evaluation
- Monitor conditions and implement appropriate clinical interventions

Requirements:
