As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will guide operational excellence across Bombardier’s Aerospace Canada organization. You will apply DMAIC, FMEA, and 8D while developing performance management aligned with business goals. The permanent position requires manufacturing expertise, influential communication, and structured change leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Kaizen and problem-solving projects using Lean Six Sigma methods
- Develop and implement company-wide Operational Excellence strategies
- Analyze operational data for trends and improvement opportunities
- Develop training strategies with organizational stakeholders
- Lead formal change management and communication strategies

Requirements:

- University degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Organizational Development
- Minimum 10 years of manufacturing continuous improvement experience
- Proven Lean manufacturing application and change leadership capability
- Expert facilitation, communication, influencing, and conflict management skills
- English and French fluency with travel availability
