Lead construction scheduling for the Bloor-Yonge Capacity Improvements Project in Toronto, using planning, forecasting, and coordination skills. This is a full-time position.

The Lead Scheduler directs planning and scheduling activities for a major TTC station improvement project. You will develop the master schedule, monitor progress, coordinate stakeholders, and support timely, cost-effective construction delivery. The work requires construction scheduling experience, data analysis, and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive construction timelines and master schedules
- Coordinate schedules with managers, engineers, architects, and contractors
- Track progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions
- Forecast resources and mitigate schedule risks
- Present project status and schedule adherence reports

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years scheduling Heavy Civil, Infrastructure, or Rail projects
- Experience managing and coordinating construction projects
- Understanding of scheduling software and construction processes
- Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills
