As an Engineering Manager, you will lead Data Engineers and Technology Specialists supporting Branch Banking, Coach Ready, and Loyalty. You will provide technical and people leadership while delivering a two to three year technology roadmap. The work combines data engineering, stakeholder management, automation, and solution delivery across Technology and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop engineering and technology specialists
- Guide data solution design, development, implementation, and support
- Deliver roadmap initiatives for Canadian Personal Banking
- Drive automation across build, test, release, and configuration
- Manage milestones, resources, priorities, and delivery risks

Requirements:

- Seven or more years of relevant technology experience
- Hands-on expertise with PySpark, Python, and SQL
- Azure Databricks ETL and data pipeline experience
- Experience leading complex technology initiatives and teams
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
