Key Responsibilities:

- Own technical SEO roadmaps for multifamily clients
- Improve crawlability, indexation, speed, schema, and architecture
- Set keyword strategies and content priorities with writers
- Develop AI search visibility alongside organic rankings
- Report through GA4 and Search Console quarterly

Requirements:

- Three or more years of hands-on SEO experience
- Experience running audits and implementing fixes personally
- Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
