Apply submarine operations expertise to training systems supporting the Royal Canadian Navy and Canadian Patrol Submarine Project. Contribute across shore-based and at-sea environments.

This subject matter expert supports Training Systems Integration through operational analysis, instructional system design, simulation, and scenario development. The work aligns solutions with RCN doctrine, tactics, techniques, procedures, FNTS, and CONOPS. You will also support performance measurement and instructor enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide naval and submarine operational advice throughout training system lifecycles
- Support CORA, TNA, and TMA activities
- Define and validate simulation and scenario requirements
- Develop procedures, lesson plans, checklists, and scenario libraries
- Support testing, validation, proposals, and defect resolution

Requirements:

- Extensive submarine operations experience within the RCN or comparable navy
- Operational experience as a submarine Officer or NCM
- Understanding of submarine operational or training systems
- Knowledge of SAT, CFITES, or equivalent frameworks
- Eligibility for CGP and Level II NATO SECRET clearance
