As an Associate Product Manager and Product Analyst, you will own a focused feature or administrator workflow from discovery through follow-up. You will investigate customer needs, define outcomes, and develop product judgment with senior product manager support. Your work will help make phishing and malware protection easier to administer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate customer needs through interviews, feedback, usage data, and research
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures
- Refine backlogs and recommend work order within assigned scope
- Clarify requirements and track milestones, dependencies, and risks




- Review KPIs and recommend improvements after release

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Two to five years of relevant professional experience
- Ability to translate customer problems into actionable requirements
- Familiarity with agile software delivery and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Constructive communication across engineering, design, and product disciplines
