This position combines strategic thought, client management, platform expertise, and full-funnel recommendations. The specialist reports to the Client Success Team Supervisor while progressing clients along their marketing maturity path.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own existing and recent relationships for key client accounts
- Analyze client needs and provide full-funnel recommendations
- Assess marketing maturity and provide growth-stage insights
- Lead regular client status meetings and document outcomes
- Liaise among vendors, agencies, clients, and internal resources

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Two or more years of digital account management experience
- Google Marketing Platform or cloud marketing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work professionally with stakeholders at all levels
