As Senior Manager, Regional Facility Operations, you will lead regional facilities personnel and improve operational performance across multiple locations. The work combines HVAC, electrical, plumbing, maintenance, capital planning, budgeting, and vendor management. You will also support facility planning and long-term infrastructure needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop regional facilities personnel
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, infrastructure, and maintenance operations
- Implement preventive maintenance and capital replacement strategies
- Manage vendors, service agreements, contractor performance, and savings opportunities
- Lead facility improvement projects within budgets, timelines, and safety requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- At least six years in facilities, construction, or asset management
- At least two years of supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of building mechanical systems and construction processes
- Proficiency with Building Automation Systems and Facility Management Software
