As Clarity Operations Manager, you will lead specialists supporting project and portfolio management tools. You will guide enhancements, integrations, automated processes, and reliable access. The role advances Technology PMO priorities through process management, delivery expertise, and change leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop Clarity Operations specialists
- Oversee enhancements, integrations, testing, and change management
- Translate requirements into functional and technical direction
- Champion Clarity adoption and project data quality
- Coach team members and support strategic TPMO work

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field
- 8–10+ years in project management, PMO, product ownership, or consulting
- Hands-on project portfolio management systems experience
- Experience with technical requirements, solution designs, and testing
- Executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
