As Branch Manager, you are the local market leader for RBC’s Personal and Commercial Banking platform. You will motivate and coach employees, cultivate community relationships, and collaborate with RBC partners. The position focuses on sales growth, employee capability, client advice, and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver results and support current client acquisitions through multiple channels
- Lead change and allocate resources for community needs
- Recruit, develop, and plan careers for employees

Requirements:

- Mutual Funds accreditation through IFIC or CSC
- Two years licensed mutual funds sales experience within three years
- Completed CSI mutual fund branch management exam
- Three years of people management experience
- Entrepreneurial business acquisition mindset and digital channel ability
