You will manage tenant revenue, rental packages, CAM reconciliations, and financial analysis. The work involves accounting principles, rental leases, tenant communication, and operating budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare annual CAM reconciliations according to lease terms
- Maintain rent rolls and review scheduled rental charges
- Reconcile tenant payments and follow up on delinquencies
- Prepare rental summaries and tenant onboarding packages
- Forecast operating expenses and update budgets against actuals

Requirements:

- Post-secondary finance, accounting, commerce, or business qualification
- Four to six years of progressive accounting experience
