CDW is seeking an Associate Network Analyst to join its Managed Services NOC team in Calgary. The role requires exposure to networking, security, virtualization, servers, storage, and public cloud, with a focus on proactive problem-solving and customer service.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting in a 24/7 workplace, incident handling, patching, and coordinating with vendors. A 12-hour rotating shift is required, with opportunities to work across various IT domains.
