Within the Ministry of Transportation’s Operations Division, you will administer Area Maintenance Contracts for year-round facility maintenance, repair, and construction. The work includes planning activities, monitoring performance, interpreting documents, and coordinating staff and contractors. You will also prepare financial information and support negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer multi-year Area Maintenance Contracts
- Plan maintenance, repair, and construction activities
- Inspect work and monitor contract performance
- Prepare work plans, costs, forecasts, and expenditures
- Coordinate staff and contractor activities

Requirements:

- Valid Class G driver’s licence or equivalent
- Knowledge of road maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of road construction practices, equipment, and materials
- Contract management and administration knowledge
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
