Design transportation infrastructure in Burnaby with Civil 3D, roadway modeling, and drawing development at Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers. This full time, office-based position supports multidisciplinary engineering teams.
As a mid-level Civil Roadway Engineer, you will develop preliminary and final civil packages for transportation and site civil projects. The work includes roadways, intersections, roundabouts, grading models, corridors, and pipe networks. You will apply TAC and AASHTO standards while coordinating across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop preliminary and final civil project packages
- Translate design intent into models and drawings
- Design roads, intersections, and roundabouts
- Create Civil 3D grading models, corridors, and pipe networks
- Participate in design reviews with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field
- Registered Engineer-in-Training designation
- Two-plus years of civil or highway design experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Autodesk Civil 3D
- Familiarity with TAC and AASHTO standards
