Blackline Safety is seeking a Client Success Manager to nurture relationships with key accounts, drive renewal value, and identify upsell opportunities. You will bridge sales and support, and deliver annual and quarterly business reviews to ensure customers realize the full benefit of Blackline's solutions.

The role requires 3-5 years in SaaS customer success, robust communication, data analysis, and travel up to 15%. A hybrid work model with a collaborative, customer-focused culture is offered.
