As an Operations Improvement Specialist, you will support priority initiatives from approved concept through implementation, adoption, and operational transition. You will coordinate enablement with project managers, operational leaders, subject matter experts, support functions, and end users. The work includes turning ambiguity into workflows, resources, recommendations, and actionable support. Success requires judgment, stakeholder coordination, and practical understanding of field realities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support initiatives, systems, technologies, programs, and processes through operational transition
- Coordinate readiness, validation, rollout, and post-implementation improvement activities
- Consolidate requirements, identify gaps,



and develop practical recommendations
- Develop procedures, process maps, job aids, and learning materials
- Publish approved content in SharePoint, Workday, and other platforms

Requirements:

- Construction, field operations, industrial, project, or related experience
- Typically three or more years supporting complex operational environments
- Experience coordinating requirements, reviews, recommendations, and implementation
- Enablement, writing, learning, or communications experience or aptitude
- Understanding of field and operational team needs
