Canada Post seeks a Senior Specialist Labour Relations to advise operational, regional, and corporate stakeholders. You will interpret collective agreements, federal regulations, policies, and directives while supporting labour-management relationships. The work includes arbitration, disciplinary matters, consultations, and strategic labour relations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide specialist advice on collective agreements and labour legislation
- Manage grievances beyond first level through arbitration
- Maintain relationships with unions and bargaining agents




- Prepare settlements and support legal counsel during arbitration
- Deliver labour relations training to local client groups

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Industrial or Labour Relations
- Three to five years of relevant functional experience
- Unionized environment experience is an asset
- Bilingual imperative language requirement, CBCC
- Strong analytical, communication, judgement, and relationship-building skills
