Reporting to the Manager of Pipelines Project Development, this Project Engineer supports pipeline systems across Pembina Gas Infrastructure, Transportation & Fractionation, and Transmission & Extraction. The work spans concept, feasibility, Pre-FEED, and FEED while coordinating technical, commercial, regulatory, environmental, and stakeholder requirements. Collaboration includes internal teams and external engineering and construction partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advance development opportunities from concept through Pre-FEED and FEED
- Contribute to pipeline project cost and schedule estimates
- Evaluate design alternatives and optimize distribution assets
- Oversee third-party engineering and construction specialists
- Coordinate regulatory, land, Indigenous, and environmental applications

Requirements:

- Skilled Engineer registered with APEGA
- Five to ten years of relevant project engineering experience
- Pipeline design, cost estimating, scheduling, and technical writing experience
- Familiarity with CSA Z662 and ASME B31.3 requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
