Lead facilities support services across Winnipeg’s health network, combining senior leadership with environmental services, maintenance, and security oversight. Travel between multiple sites is required.

The Executive Director Facilities Support Services provides enterprise-wide leadership for corporate support functions within the Winnipeg Health Region. The role oversees facilities operations, preventative and on-demand maintenance, environmental services, security, and capital planning support. It serves hospitals, health centres, personal care homes, and organizational offices across the service delivery organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead environmental services, facilities operations, maintenance, and security functions
- Oversee safety, security, and capital projects across the organization
- Build and manage a customer-centric facilities support team
- Provide leaders with accurate information and operational advice
- Liaise with Shared Health Capital Planning on projects

Requirements:

- Seven years of progressive mid-to-senior management experience
- Three years delivering environmental, facilities, maintenance, or related services
- Five years building and leading high-performing teams
- Three years managing a unionized workplace
- Related post-secondary degree and valid Manitoba driver’s license
