TD seeks an experienced Engineering Manager for Investment Management, Retail Wealth. You will lead Account Pods across customer-facing experiences, API enablement, cloud modernization, and data strategy. The role partners with Product Owners, Architects, Release Managers, business leaders, and vendors to execute roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Retail Wealth Accounts technology delivery
- Define roadmaps, milestones, implementation strategies, and execution plans
- Drive architecture and engineering decisions with architects
- Lead teams, vendors, stakeholders, budgets, and delivery risks
- Build scalable solutions through cloud, automation, and continuous delivery

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of technology leadership in financial services
- Two-plus years leading multimillion-dollar technology programs
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful microservices
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architecture
- Robust stakeholder management, communication, and people leadership
