This staff position suits a Qualified Engineer with at least 10 years of relevant Civil/Structural engineering experience. You will design steel and concrete structures, foundations, earthworks, and retaining walls. The work supports utility, industrial, and municipal clients through clear technical communication and client-focused service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead small to medium design projects from start to completion
- Design steel, concrete, shallow, and deep foundation systems
- Develop civil works for site preparation and earthworks
- Mentor less experienced engineers through technical guidance
- Attend client meetings and maintain strong working relationships

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer with P.Eng. designation
- Minimum 10 years of relevant Civil/Structural engineering experience
- Proficiency in STAAD-Pro and experience with AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Canadian codes, standards, and safety in design
