As Manager, Business Operations, you will oversee New Business, Policy Service, and Office Coordination employees across the region. You will build a cohesive provincial team, guide operational change, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies supporting consistent service delivery. The position also advances efficiency, accuracy, and advisor experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan employees and resources against productivity, quality, and workflow goals
- Lead recruiting, performance reviews, scheduling, and attendance tracking
- Coach employees through feedback, training, and career planning
- Manage escalated cases and operational change initiatives
- Report workload, service levels, audits, and team performance

Requirements:

- 10+ years of insurance industry experience
- Knowledge of life insurance products and administration systems
- Proven hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development experience
- Solid communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; ALMI, FLMI, or ACS is an asset
