Eastlink seeks a Service Technician in Timmins, Ontario, troubleshooting network issues and supporting customers through field and office work.

This full-time Operations position reports to the Manager, Operations. Technicians resolve outside plant and customer-premises faults, support network maintenance, and maintain reliable Eastlink services. The role requires customer service, problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot service issues across outside plant networks
- Resolve faults at customer premises
- Repair forward and return path service issues
- Assist with network maintenance activities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and network reliability

Requirements:

- Graduate of a recognized Electronics program
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Commitment to Occupational Health and Safety practices
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Ability to travel throughout the region
