Chartwell Retirement Residences in Ontario seeks a Registered Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care that supports residents' health and well-being. You will monitor residents' health, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

You’ll guide personal support workers and participate in care conferences to drive quality care. A current RPN/LPN designation, First Aid/CPR, and experience in care are required.
