As Senior Analyst, Demand Planning, you will own sales relationships and input for a subset of the Canadian business. You will manage approximately 300 SKUs, developing, reviewing, publishing, and adjusting forecasts. The work uses promotional plans, distribution changes, shipment history, competitor activities, and marketing plans. Partnerships span Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain, supporting consumer demand signals across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead sales account calls to review and adjust forecasts
- Analyze demand inputs and calculate impacts on demand
- Present forecast changes through Step 1 and 2 of S&OP;
- Conduct monthly root cause analyses on forecast error
- Measure metrics and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

- University degree required
- Three-plus years in demand planning, sales, or supply chain
- Robust analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
- Experience with SAP, APO, Kinaxis, or SAS
- Microsoft Office and ChatGPT or Copilot experience
