Support MES development in Toronto while modeling workflows and maintaining inventory controls for Xanadu’s photonic hardware lab.

As an MES Specialist on the Inventory Control team, you will help develop and implement the Manufacturing Execution System. You will manage user improvement requests, update workflows, and ensure the MES reflects R&D; and production needs. The work involves collaborating with different teams, understanding their workflows, and occasionally handling sensitive materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop the MES and its modules continuously
- Manage user requests for MES improvements
- Model and update production and R&D; workflows
- Maintain inventory control policies within the MES
- Generate inventory reports for finance

Requirements:

- At least one year of MES development or implementation experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or GSuite
- Solid interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and requests
- Highly organized, meticulous, and detail oriented
