The role covers compensation strategy, market analysis, benefits planning, forecasting, and annual cycles. It requires autonomy, solid communication, and accurate execution across jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and present global compensation strategy to executive leadership
- Analyze market data and statistical information for compensation planning
- Administer annual compensation planning cycles in Workday
- Lead benefits renewals, vendor management, and implementation coordination
- Create coaching and training materials for managers and HR

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- 10+ years of global compensation experience
- Advanced Workday Core HCM and Advanced Compensation experience
- Advanced Excel skills for modeling and forecasting
- Excellent French and English, orally and in writing
