Maverick Currencies is seeking an IT Help Desk skilled to deliver Level 1 and 2 desktop support for a geographically distributed user base. The role includes BAU and project work, resolving escalations within SLAs, and collaborating with third-party vendors from our Timmins regional office.

The candidate should have a college diploma or degree in a related field (or be pursuing one), experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools, and knowledge of Windows environments.
