Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and supervise approximately 25 unionized day-shift employees
- Plan daily operations and monitor completion
- Analyze productivity, quality, safety, and absenteeism indicators
- Resolve operational problems efficiently and promptly
- Support training, performance evaluation, and employee progress

Requirements:

- College or university degree in aeronautics, engineering, or operations management
- At least five years supervising unionized manufacturing employees
- Solid planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bilingual communication ability
