What You’ll Do

- Lead the daily operations of the restaurant with a focus on guest experience, team development, and profitability
- Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing management team and crew
- Ensure guests receive fast, friendly, and exceptional service every visit
- Oversee scheduling, labour management, inventory, ordering, and financial controls
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, food quality, and operational standards
- Manage cash handling, reporting, and restaurant administration
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and energetic workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies
- Address operational challenges and implement solutions that drive restaurant success
- Build strong relationships within the local community and support restaurant growth initiatives
