As a Construction Manager, you will coordinate project requirements from planning through site operations. You will collaborate with Project Management, subcontractors, and the Management Team on budgets, schedules, tendering, and documentation. The position oversees complex construction activities, including teams, forepeople, and numerous subtrade vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project scopes of work and budgets with Project Management
- Secure permits, approvals, agreements, and required project documents
- Prepare master schedules and project tendering plans
- Oversee site safety plans and site operations
- Supervise people, forepeople, and subtrade vendors

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Business Commerce or Civil Engineering
- Construction technology college diploma accepted
- Minimum ten years of related construction experience
- Experience securing permits for large commercial projects
- Openness to frequent travel across diverse job sites
