Key Responsibilities:

- Direct total construction projects through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors and communicate schedule changes
- Prepare schedules, reports, requisitions, and project documents
- Maintain daily diaries and report project progress
- Direct adherence to company safety programs

Requirements:

- Five to twenty-five years of construction experience
- At least five years as a lead superintendent
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and scheduling programs
- Current, valid driver’s license in your residence state
- Ability to make decisions under tight deadlines
