Support Altasciences users onsite in Laval with Windows troubleshooting, hardware support, and bilingual French-English communication skills.

As an IT Technician II, you will support users across computers, telephones, software, laptops, and mobile phones. You will track requests through the automated Helpdesk System and provide accurate solutions. The position also supports junior technicians and escalates issues when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and resolve questions received by phone and email
- Record incidents and solutions in the IT Service Management system
- Troubleshoot accounts, email, profiles, hardware, and software
- Prepare computers with operating systems and appropriate software
- Coach junior technicians on network hardware and software

Requirements:

- College degree in an IT-related program
- Minimum three years of related experience
- Fluent French and English communication skills
- Windows 10/11 and Cisco Phone Equipment knowledge
- Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
